PERIOD RESTORATIONS

SUNBURY ON THAMES REINSTATEMENT OF CHARACTER HOME

This amazing property was built as an extension to an original Georgian manor house of great stature in Lower Sunbury village.  The residence had been used as an office building since the 1970s, and left unoccupied for several years.  We split the property into three amazing family homes with stunning period features.  This remarkable home was transformed to create open plan luxury living in a period property with a modern contemporary finish throughout.  With a wealth of features including a stunning designer kitchen, underfloor heating throughout, landscaped front and rear gardens, private gated parking, beautiful high ceilings and bespoke large sash windows. To recreate this amazing look please contact us for a free consultation.

Following the removal of the office infrastructure to reveal the original building, our Design & Build team created an inspirational layout of rooms to provide stunning open plan accommodation on the Ground Floor and four luxury ensuite bedrooms on the First Floor.
