NEW BUILD HOMES

VIRGINIA WATER

This stunning new home of 3950 square foot was built in the village of Virginia Water, approached via a substantial paved driveway through electric gates.  Principal rooms on the ground floor led from the tiled hallway, with luxury oak doors, flooring and stunning staircase.  The beautifully designed kitchen/family room was the centre of the house with a large island and full range of built in appliances including a range cooker, combination oven, coffee machine, double fridge and double freezer, wine fridge and hot tap.  The sumptuous space was completed with two sets of bi-folding doors leading out to the south facing garden with manicured lawn and a fabulous roof lantern above the dining area with electric window.

The lovely oak staircase to the first and second floors revealed five bedrooms, three well appointed ensuites and family bathroom.  The master bedroom featured a large ensuite with lavish freestanding bath and large walk in shower, and a fully fitted dressing room.   Finally a Sonos music system, CCTV, gate entry system, a NACOSS approved alarm system and CAT 5E cabling to every room completed this opulent home.
