VIRGINIA PARK, VIRGINIA WATER TRANSFORMATION

Chapel Square sits within the beautiful gated residential estate of Virginia Park in Virginia Water. This fabulous site was the original setting for Thomas Holloway’s elaborate Franco-Gothic style Victorian Hospital, Chapel and pleasure grounds. The handsome 3 storey townhouses of Chapel Square were built around the superb Chapel in 2000 and form an elegant crescent within the wonderful estate.

We helped the owners of this lovely townhouse to update the conventional previous style of the interior and transform it with a glamorous, contemporary look that befits the magnificent elite location.

The sub-basement kitchen was remodelled to create a larger open plan space to house a fabulous new kitchen and open directly into the Conservatory and garden. This was achieved by rebuilding the basement Cloakroom and moving the old one as well as demolishing an internal wall. The other 3 bathrooms were totally refitted with sophisticated new sanitaryware, fittings and tiling. And the remainder of the house was given it’s final transformation with new carpets, flooring, decoration, LED light fittings and chrome electrical sockets and switches.
