We built this beautiful 3000 square foot home with detached garage on a 1.3 acre plot of mature woodland.  The new home featured a galleried hallway with oak flooring and staircase with a stunning crystal chandelier.  The spacious ground floor comprised living room, dining room, cloakroom, study and kitchen/family room.  The living room benefited from a triple aspect view with French doors leading to the patio and landscaped gardens.  On the first floor were four double bedrooms, family bathroom and two en-suites. The master suite had a Juliet balcony overlooking the wonderful garden and walk through fitted dressing room leading to the stunning en-suite – with a Villeroy and Boch double sink and toilet, free standing bath and large walk in shower.

The stunning house was finished with a Sonos music system, electric gates with a video entry system and a NACOSS approved alarm system.

The original 1.3 acre plot was an overgrown woodland, hiding a derelict old cottage that had been completely forgotten and neglected.  Our Design & Build team totally transformed the magnificent grounds.
